The winner was owned by Lord Ennisdale (although he had died by then and the winner ran in the colours of Paddy Prendergast), trained by Paddy Prendergast and ridden by Garnie Bourgoure. The winner won £5405, winning by 1 1/2 lengths in 3 minutes 10.0 seconds, with 2 1/2 lengths between second and third.
